According to Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils are nearing a deal with Rashford, who is satisfied with the terms presented to him.
Rashford, who came through the ranks at Carrington, is enjoying his time under manager Erik ten Hag and is prepared to commit his future to his beloved club.
It is reported that the new contract could make Rashford the highest-paid player at the club, with a salary of around £375,000 per week.
Currently, David de Gea holds that distinction but is in discussions with the club regarding a significant reduction in wages.
