Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand, has predicted Manchester City to beat Inter Milan 2-0 in tonight’s Champions League final.
According to Ferdinand, should Man City score first against Inter Milan at halftime, then the Champions League final is a game over.
Man City and Inter will clash in the Champions League final on Saturday night in Turkey.
Asked to give his prediction for the clash, Ferdinand told BT Sport: “Listen, everyone knows I’m Red.
I don’t want Man City to do great and remarkable things.
“But you have got to respect what they are doing.
I don’t have that bitterness. If it were not for Pep and the way his team has played, and the players that perform the way they do so consistently, I would hate all this even more.”
“I would love it to go 0-0 at halftime, just to keep the game alive,” Ferdinand added. “If Man City go 1-0 up, it’s game over… 2-0 I am going to say.”
